A victory in the Planned Parenthood scandal

Thanks to everyone who called, faxed, and e-mailed in complaints. One nurse fired and another resigned so far and with a little more pressure maybe Planned Parenthood will start taking a more honest and even role in "family planning".

Indianapolis, IN (LifeNews.com) -- A staffer at an Indianapolis Planned Parenthood abortion business has resigned after a video showed her covering up an apparent case of statutory rape. The resignation comes on the heels of the firing of a staff member at a Bloomington, Indiana Planned Parenthood following a similar expose' video.

In total, three videos have appeared in recent weeks showing the nation's largest abortion business failing to protect young girls in cases of sexual abuse.

In this most recent case, two Planned Parenthood employees say they "don't care" about the age difference between a 31-year-old man and the 13-year-old girl he was reported to have impregnated.

My commentary:
One of our members wrote a letter to his representative in Florida about the lawsuit concerning Obama's Natural born citizenship in the United States. The letter below is the form response that he received. The rep basically says that because the people voted Obama in, his citizenship status is not important. What if a guy who is 18 runs for president when the age requirement is 35? If the people vote him, in and he refuses to provide a birth certificate, does that make him 35? These people are ridiculous. The constitution is dying more and more every day.

A Japanese company ( Toyota ) and an American company (GM) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River . Both teams practiced long and hard to reach their peak performance before the race.

On the big day, the Japanese won by a mile.

The Americans, very discouraged and depressed, decided to investigate the reason for the crushing defeat. A management team made up of senior management was formed to investigate and recommend appropriate action.

Their conclusion was the Japanese had 8 people rowing and 1 person steering, while the American team had 8 people steering and 1 person rowing.

Feeling a deeper study was in order, American management h ired a consulting company and paid them a large amount of money for a second opinion.

They advised, of course, that too many people were steering the boat, while not enough people were rowing.

Not sure of how to utilize that information, but wanting to prevent another loss to the Japanese, the rowing team's management structure was totally reorganized to 4 steering supervisors, 3 area steering superintendents, and 1 assistant superintendent steering manager.

They also implemented a new performance system that would give the 1 person rowing the boat greater incentive to work harder. It was called the 'Rowing Team Quality First Program,' with meetings, dinners, and free pens for the rower.. There was discussion of getting new paddles, canoes, and other equipment, extra vacation days for practices and bonuses.

The next year the Japanese won by two miles.

Humiliated, the American management laid off the rower for poor performance, halted development of a new canoe, sold the paddles, and canceled all capital investments for new equipment. The money saved was distributed to the Senior Executives as bonuses and the next year's racing team was out-sourced to India.

My Commentary:

This is a great article that sums up how I feel about the Obama presidency much better than I could myself. I'm not in favor of having someone that liberal in power, but it has happened before and we made it through it. The fact that he is black really has no bearing on anything. There is only so much any man can do in that office. He won't get any of his drastic anti-gun proposals or other liberal BS passed, and if he does, it will be overturned in 4 years. No one can reverse the financial mess we are in, in 4 or 8 years, but I'm sure he will take a beating in the press when he fails. So everyone needs to chill out, set back, and watch this unfold. And for the gods sakes don't kill this guy and make a martyr out of him. That is the only way he can come out of this looking like the hero they have built him up to be.

Look at my fellow conservatives! There they go, glumly shuffling along, depressed by the election aftermath. Not me. I'm virtually euphoric.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not thrilled with America's flirtation with neo-socialism.. But there's a massive silver lining in those magical clouds that lofted Barack Obama to the Presidency. For today, without a shred of intellectually legitimate opposition, I can loudly proclaim to America: The Era of White Guilt is over.

A redistribution of wealth

Today on my way to lunch I passed a homeless guy with a sign the read “Vote Obama, I need the money.” I laughed. Once in the restaurant my server was wearing a “Obama 08' tie, again I laughed–just imagine the coincidence.

When the bill came I decided not to tip the server and explained to him that I was exploring the Obama redistribution of wealth concept. He stood there in disbelief while I told him that I was going to redistribute his tip to someone who I deemed more in need–the homeless guy outside. The server angrily stormed from my sight.

I went outside, gave the homeless guy $10 and told him to thank the server inside as I've decided he could use the money more. The homeless guy was grateful. At the end of my rather unscientific redistribution experiment I realized the homeless guy was grateful for the money he did not earn, but the waiter was pretty angry that I gave away the money he did earn even though the actual recipient needed the money more.

I guess redistribution of wealth is an easier thing to swallow in concept than in practical application.
